New Storefront!

If you haven’t seen any new builds, photos, or posts lately from the website, it’s because I relocated my entire shop from my garage into a new brick & mortar storefront between the end of August and the last week of September. It has been a whirlwind of hard work and fun. When I wasn’t wrenching, I was building out the shop, and when I wasn’t building out the shop, I was wrenching. I tried to remember to drink beers and ride bikes here and there, too.

While it hasn’t been easy, I am happy to say I am back on the wagon and in work mode 6 days a week. (I am a seventh day cyclocross’r). I wanted to show you the transformation of the new shop space, from rent deposit day to opening day! I also want to say a huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to help paint, floor, etc. I could not have done this without the help of IWC’s friends and supportors, from people donating their time and resources, to stopping by to say hi and drop off a beer.

I am happy with how and where the company started, and I am excited to see what opportunities this new space will provide for Tacoma cyclists and the business! Once again, a huge thank-you to everyone who made it possible for me to achieve this big move.
